LIQUOR LICENSE
We do not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. We are fully certified and insured to only
serve liquor. The event host must pay for and provide all liquor that is needed and all liquor permits
required per event. Because we do not own or sell alcoholic beverages, we will provide you with
our expert recommendations of alcohol variety and quantity. We do supply the event host with a
shopping list based on the number of guests and type of bar you will be offering.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Alcohol will be served in accordance with California State Liquor laws and regulations. Our staff
will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). Our staff will require
proof of age (I.D.) for all guests of a questionable age partaking in alcoholic beverages. We will
not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol before, during, or after the event given by
another adult. Bartenders are certified according to Laws as a Responsible Server of Alcohol.
However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink,
per our judgment. We work with you to render decisions. We do not service any BYOB events
due to liability reasons. All alcohol purchased will be left with the host after the event, unless
donated to us for enhancement purposes only. Any non-alcoholic supplies or beverages
supplied by Sassy’s Pull Up & Pop LLC is the property of ours.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & CHANGES
All service packages require a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% at the time of booking. If a
retainer invoice is not paid in 24 hours of being sent there is a probability that the date may no
longer be available. The date is not secured until the non-refundable retainer fee is paid. The
total remaining balance due will need to be paid in full 14 days prior to the date of the event.
Mobile bartending services cannot be performed until full payment is received. You can
reschedule up to 2 times with another date up to 1 calendar year of initial service date and use
the retainer and any additional funds already paid for the rescheduled event. In the event the
date or location has been changed, the contract will apply to the new date and location.
However, the request must be in writing and approved by all contracted parties. Additional fees
may be applied due to the changes. Services are always NON- REFUNDABLE however, in the
rare event that Sassy’s Pull Up & Pop LLC is unable to perform services, Client is entitled to a full refund.

GUEST COUNT
Quotes are based off of the guest count given during consultations. If the guest count is clearly
over what was agreed upon in the contract, we have the right to end services with no refund.
We assess staff needs and bring the amount of supplies based on the initial guest count.

MEDIA POLICY
We reserve the right to take photos and videos at any event we have booked to service.
Understand that by booking, you consent to the usage of images and videos being posted on
our website, social media and other branding or advertising platforms. If you do not want media
of you or your event posted, please inform us upon booking.

SAFETY & UNRULY GUESTS
Unsafe environments and unruly guests are prohibited. It is our main focus to provide a
seamless customer service experience in a thriving environment for guests and staff. If there is
a case of disrespect, harassment or an unsafe environment, we have the right to end service
without providing a refund.

GRATUITY
Service fees does not include gratuity for the bartender. The preferred method is to allow a tip
jar to be placed on the mobile bartending service bar. The client can opt in “hosted gratuity” in
which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pre-pays for the gratuity.

ADDITIONAL HOURS
Staying additional hour(s) after agreement ending time is an option with payment being made
before the start of additional hour (s). We may not always be able to accommodate an extension
request the day of, so we recommend factoring time in as needed
